1 year warranty
We advice not to apply oil directly to the Roller. It is better to apply oil/ghee/butter on top of the batter, once the dosa is cooking
The Batter Tank, Tank Separators and the Collecting Tray can be cleaned using water and soap. They are also dishwasher safe. The rest of the machine, including its underside, can be cleaned using a soft cloth to remove the residual oil. The Roller can be cleaned using a soft cloth to remove the dosa crumbs, if any.
Free replacement is applicable strictly for manufacturing defects only. If the issue can be resolved by replacing the specific spare part, only the concerned spare will be replaced; however, if the problem cannot be addressed through spare replacement, a full machine replacement will be provided. Physical damage to the product or its components will not be covered under this warranty. The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
